                                             Prayers of The People 

We hope everyone will continue keeping our United Methodist Church Worldwide in our thoughts and prayers especially now here in Western North Carolina after the Hurricane and Flooding that has destroyed all of our Mountain region. The Western NC United Methodist Church along with people of all faiths are banning to gather to weather this disaster and strive for a better tomorrow.

We need to be in prayer for the people of Southern California and the fires destroying over 35,000 acres as the try to restart and rebuild their lives

Please prayer for the families of more then  58,500+ killed and 260,000+ injured in Ukraine, ( this week 28 were killed and 40 wounded - including 6 children) and over 1,478 killed in Israel and over 43,8460 killed and 43.846 wounded in the Gaza.

Cease Fire in the past few weeks has meant to the release of the nine sets of hostages and has began the help to the Palestinians to their homes and food and water to the people of Gaza..

We need to raise Vern and Paula up in our prayers, his hips and legs pain is overwhelming and that his doctors can help them get through the pain and recover, and their retirement  and they will be able to return to our church.

• Please remember to donate your loose change and dollars to our Ukrainian Methodist Family please fill the UMCOR collection bank in the vestibule we will be sending our next donation this February, our last donation of 150.00 added to total of 2,300.00

TRINITY OUTREACH 

TRINITY HAS BECOME A LIGHTHOUSE CONGREGATION TO WELCOME OUR FELLOW UNITED METHODIST TO OUR CHURCH AND CHURCH FAMILY 

Upcoming events:  Our Red Cross Donation for 2025 has been posted on the Bulletin Boards.  Our Next Blood Drive is Tuesday April 8th at 10a-2p in the church Fellowship Hall - We collected 13 pints on February 6th Blood Drive

.    Please remember to donate loose change, dollars and check to Ukraine UMCOR. We just sent another donation to the conference and they just forwarded it on to Lviv. We have sent over 2,150.00 since the beginning of our efforts, Please continue till the war is over our Methodist family needs our prayers, love and money in their ministry to their parish and their country. We are still collection donations as the war continues, we just collected 150.00 for sending to Ukraine. We will be sending more during this season of Lent.

'    Please also remember to fill the basket for Pastors Pantry, and Open Hands  they are asking for breakfast items cereal, peanut butter, crackers etc...

• Open Hands give out free groceries on Saturdays 10-12 weekly and need Breakfast cereals donation basket is in the Santucary with Pastor Pantry
• Loaves and Fishes/Open Hands- HAS ASKED PRAYERS FOR THE HOMELESS! THEY ARE ASKING FOR TENTS, BLANKETS, PLEASE CONTACT MR. AND MRS. O'SHEA IF YOU CAN HELP.    Easy open food for the homeless
• Special call for easy access pop top container fruit, beans and meats for Open Hands and their need for breakfast cereals there is a baskets for Open Hands and Pastors Pantry...
